Refund Policy

1. Phobia will not offer any refunds after a booking has been confirmed. Any customer not attending the venue will be charged with the full amount due.
2. A booking is considered confirmed once the customer has paid the amount due.
3. For rescheduling, please check our Terms and Conditions for more information.
4. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

1. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; no full or partial refund for online or office payments.
2. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Make sure you have ample time to allow for traffic and parking. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Since your ticket reserves the room for one hour, in case you show up late, your game time will be decreased. If the rest of your group arrives on time, they will be allowed to start without you.
3. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
